of user and WV SwapShop in no way guarantees or warrants any
perceived or expected results when placing said ad. User agrees that
he/she will not use profanity or sexually explicit images in the content of
any ad and realizes that all ad content MUST be acceptable for all
audiences. All ads are reviewed prior to being placed "live" on the
website and any ads with inappropriate content will be deleted. User
understands that use of inappropriate content will require the ad to be
removed from the site WITHOUT refund or replacement of ad.
WV SwapShop may choose to edit any ad for spelling, clarity,
or inappropriate content.

Users will not use the contact information obtained in the sale process of
this site for any reason OTHER than contacting prospective buyers or
sellers. Users deemed to be harvesting and or using email addresses for
reasons other than those stated here, will be removed from the
website and prevented from placing further ads.
